Repair Flue on Rangehood

Rangehood is already installed in outdoor alfresco area and connected to power. A previous trade attempted to Flue the rangehood but it isn't working as it should (it's not sucking correctly). Need someone to resolve the issue.
I don't believe the issue is with the rangehood is electrical, as the engines inside the rangehood appear to be firing up properly. I think the issue is the way the flue kit has been installed as the rangehood is not sucking up the air as it should.
