Repair Fan noise in Oven

We have a smeg oven and there is a loud noise coming from the fan that blows air out the bottom of the oven. The noise comes on when the oven heats up and stays untill it has completely cooled down and sounds like its scraping on metal. The oven would be under 45 years, not sure on the warranty but it looks exactly like the SA210P.
