Portable airconditioner leaking water

My portable air conditioner leaks water on the floor directly underneath the unit. I am unsure if this is due to something wrong with the appliance, or just missing a part of some description. There appears to be no plug for the water catchment at the bottom of the unit, however I have been unable to locate a suitable spare part.
