The knob that controls oven temp is broken you can keep turning and it will wind off the panel.
It also means there is no way of setting temp for the oven.
After 6 months of looking for a repair service we stumbled over the service rep for Lofra for the Geelong and district in November last year and all he says to us is that "when he hears from Lofra he will let us know", it is now February.
We would appreciate any help
