MND are a great company. From the very first call I received great service. Attempted diagnosis of the problem was performed over the phone with parts ordered before I was asked to accept the quote. This was good because this assured me that parts were available for my appliances prior to getting someone out. What was also good is that there was no expectation for me to pay for the parts if the wrong diagnosis was provided. John came by and did a great job fixing my stove igniter. He also diagnosed the problem with my oven and had the part within a couple of days, returning immediately to put it in. He attended my house twice in three days and spent about 1.5-2hrs all up in my house working on the problems. I was very pleased paying the amount they quoted as this was less than half the price I would have paid elsewhere. I will be calling John again for any appliance issue I have in the future and will be recommending MND to friends and family.
