Nobel multifunction electric oven requires repair

oven will only work on setting with top and bottom element and fan force. Grill functions and single element function do not work. Has not worked for a long time so have been using the 1 function which has been fine but recently had a fire (oops!) and an extinguisher was used to put it out. Have cleaned the inside of the oven but cannot clean behind the fan. Was going to get new oven but too expensive. Hoping it can be repaired instead.
