Nobel oven is electric with gas top. the oven is five years old. suspect thermostat is not working as lately everything i cook is cooking way too hot. eg - cooked a cake which was supposed to be cooked at 160c for 1hr 40 mins. placed the temp at 150c and it cooked the cake in less than 1 hour and burnt the top. it has been this way for about 3 months and becoming worse.
