I have got my portable aircon damaged whilst being shipped from overseas. It was originally bought from RickHarts Perth for $1000. It was insured for shipment, and the insurance company wanted us to provide them with a formal quote for their approval before i can send for repair at your shop. They will only approve any quote that is to be carried out by a professional shop by qualified repairman.

Problem: rear grill damaged (pushed in using finger), and the aluminium/metal "radiator"-like thing dented as a result. I like to have this dented radiator and grill repaired.
