My gaggenau microwve is not heating. A man from eap appliance services came in back in October last year and put a non-original part in my microwave which made it work only sporadically. He said he'd ordered a new part and it would take 5 weeks to come in, but that was 5 months ago and I'm not getting anywhere with him. Who else can fix this with an original part? My microwave hasn't worked for over a month now, it just doesn't heat.
