Lifespan sprinter XL treadmill for computer reset / recalibration

Alastair requested 3 quotes from Appliance Repairmen in Hope Valley

Treadmill starts up and runs fine for a bit and then there is a little slip noticeable in the running mat. The mat has been retensioned and realigned, but I think it's the actual computer that needs to be reset or recalibrated.
A service mechanic inspected the treadmill and has identified that the system needs to be reset and requires a coded button or number sequence to to do so. He was told by the manufacturer to utilise the manual reset, however he assures me that there is no option to do this on the unit.

Thanks,
Alastair
