I have an LG 7 kilo frontloader (about 6 years old) that will not unlock after the wash. Even if i turn it off and leave it for anywhere between 15 minutes to 24 hours! I have tried every cycle twice and still cannot get it to open. I don't think its draining properly. I have two young children and I need this fixed ASAP! (I have clothes stuck in there!).
