LG WD 8016C front load washing machine has broken latch on door. LG has provided a new door to discover it's the wrong one and have no idea which is the correct door. They are trying to tell me that it's my seal, is definately not. Need someone who can come out and have a look or take machine away for short time to figure this out for me.
