la germania gas oven, 900 mm, 10 years old, was working, lit oven using starter and holding knob in while turned to gas mark 4, oven stayed on for 20 minutes then noticed it was no longer on, attemted to restart, oven would light but not stay on. repeated attempt to light the next day when oven was cool, would light but not stay on.
