The only reason I marked your feedback form as \"Not Completed\" was because this service provider had no idea about induction cooktops so was unable to complete this task. All information was provided on your Website yet he still accepted the job knowing full well he didn\'t know how to fix it. I am a licenced electrician but prefer to hire experts in a field I know little. Seems I knew more than this service provider. It cost me $66 and I didn\'t find out anything about my cooktop than I already knew. The only thing I found out was, there are people out there who think they can bluff there way through these jobs and think everyone is stupid. I am only glad I decided to take time off work to be there when this service provider attended. I dread to think what might have happened if my wife we left to make a decision. I paid him in full after half an hour of stumbling around.
