Need my Samsung Top Loader washing machine fixed. Coming up with error code 4E which is something to do with the water valve/hose. Hose is working perfectly so think it’s something more internal.

I cleaned the seal of my washing machine and can not get it back on, the wire to hold it on is to difficult for me to get it around the seal.
