For some reason the flame is too fierce and burning yellow - reducing it to low has little to no effect. Have brushed all the vents and 'blown' out the gas tube. Now sounds like gas is escaping at... It works okay at present and is around 10-12 years old. In the final spin stage it is very loud (perhaps bearings going?). I need someone to quote on service and repair. The oven/stove unit is approx 18months old. it was recently moved as part of a kitchen renovation, and since then the oven does not stay 'lit'. the ignition works very well, it ignites almost... The oven/stove unit is approx 18months old. it was recently moved as part of a kitchen renovation, and since then the oven does not stay 'lit'. the ignition works very well, it ignites almost immediately, but then it only stays lit whilst you hold the 'knob' in. (i have tried several times, giving up after 10min). whilst the knob is held in the flames appears clean, steady and blue. similar behaviour happens with grill, although after about 7min - it did stay lit. one of the stove top units, will not ignite at all (the remaining three work fine).
