Had given a older model T20 treadmill was running but would stop and say E1 when opened hood and gave it a bit of a clean won't even work slowly and lights up at top will go couple of seconds then...

It is a American Motion Fitness, 8618 Motion Fitness treadmill. It has stopped working. You turn the power on and then instrument panel does not light up. Nothing at all happens.
