I have a Fisher & Paykel top loader washing machine. It runs as usual however stops at spinning. We then have to restart the whole cycle multiple times until it pass through the spinning.
Need to have rangehood ducting installation + replacemen of old rangehood.

Gas seems to shut off unless you stand and hold the temprature control knob in for time required of use

Our dishwasher is not working, no water is running into it. we have recently bought the property and it has not been working since. we also have a leaking tap in our bathroom.
