I have an electrical problem with my Nordictrac C2100

Plug in & turn on, power indicating light is on a foot level, no indication of power reaching upper level - all display panel lifeless - 'fuse'..? circuit board..? it's been well cared for so never knocked around, really need someone to inspect - advise - repair please, having arthritic & vascular problems I had better get it fixed soon or they'll chuck me in a wheelchair for good soon. Thank you very much.
