I have a york T300 treadmill that needs looking at

The treadmills mat isnt moving. The treadmill is turning on and everything else seems to work except the mat. I am not having any luck from the company. If it has something to with the motor then it is covered under warranty. I need someone honest and reliable to tell me what the problem is.
