I have a Kate Halo hair straightener which I purchased in November 2014. The straightener still turns on; however, it does not heat up properly. Both plates become warm but not hot. Sometimes, it works completely fine and becomes very hot but it appears to be temperamental as to when it works and when it doesn't.
