Most front loaders use an aluminium "spider" that isn't compatible with the iron/steel of the drum and other connecting parts. Along with the detergent and bleach, it ensures these spiders corrode and fall apart. That has now happened with mine.
I'm looking for urgent replacement parts (and fitting if local) of a new spider, bearings and seal, however I'm not sure if other brand spiders are compatible with the Gorenje Pacific PS99.
Failing any success in finding / obtaining a successful repair, I'll scrap the machine and attempt to sell some of the parts on eBay.
