I was very disappointed as a price and day had been agreed upon, yet I could never find out what time they expected to come. As a result I had to stay home from work for the entire day, and despite continual efforts to contact them throughout the day and into the afternoon, I never had a response. They ended up not even turning up to do the job which left me with a cash that I had to have withdrawn, a day that I had not been able to work and instead sit at home all day waiting, and to make things even a little worse, my family was over from interstate and we had planned on having afternoon tea with them which I also had to miss in the possibility that someone would turn up to do the job. I understand that perhaps they could not get the part or were running behind time, but with no communication at all to the effect, it was a very unprofessional approach.
