Bad experience with Melbourne domestic appliance/Sam ( the owner):unreliable , unprofessional, overcharged and could not finish the job. I should have read through other customers' reviews especially the bad feedbacks before I decided to use him as he treated me the same badly. He gave me the reasonable quote and came on the first day to do the job. He couldnot finish the job as he needed a part to replace but he asked for nearly $200 to complete all work on the first day. He got the money and then he never came back. He made the second appointment with me 3 times but he never turned up and also he did not even let me know if he would come or not until I followed up. Also no response for him when I asked for some money back.
