Fix LPG Gas Oven

Our Gas freestanding oven doesn't hold to the temperature that have been chosen on the dial. It always runs hot around 240c. The regulator was changed years ago but did not make a difference. Omega brand and would be about 11yrs old now. Gas stove top is fine.
