Fix E1 error on bodyscience treadmill T940

Threadmill starts running fine but once reaches a speed above 3km per hour the motor cuts out and E1 message is displaced. I do not have the original manual as it was brought second hand. I recently replaced the belt. It also triped the power this morning. I would prefer to fix then throw away. I read somewhere that this might be the speed sensor
