Fitstride t290 treadmill - ?problem with incline function

treadmill was working fine yesterday ... until i paused it to take a call and when i came back to it, the incline was stuck on 6 within the program i'd selected. i've turned power on and off but don't know if there is a reset button. think it needs a really good service and possibly the hydraulics or whatever works the incline may need replacing.
