Fisher & Paykel multifunction underbench electric fan forced oven. Fan and lights turn on but not heating up. Stove top works ok. I think model is either BI602CTESS or BI603CTE (sticker has faded). Need someone to change the heating element as we think this is the problem. I can supply the heating element or you quote to include service/parts or just service. Thank You
