Eurolec gas oven door not closing properly

i have a problem with the door on my eurolec gas oven which is approximately 3.5 years old. it is closing, but not firmly and there is a significant amount of heat escaping around the edges. i am not sure if it is the seal or an issue with the door mechanism itself. i am interested in finding someone who may be able to solve this or provide advice.
