I have a dryer mounted on the wall in my laundry which came with the apartment, might be a Samsung dryer - unsure.
It has completely stopped working, does not turn on at all. I have been told it might be the belt that is broken.
Is it possible to get some quotes on the call out service and repair and how your service works? Does not need to be accurate, just a price estimate is OK. I have been quoted by another company which I found overpriced initially since I don't know the going rates.
Please, if possible only reply back by email as I am unable to take calls as I will be at work.
