Sam attended same day, late in the afternoon. Dishwasher not working, ascertained motor blown and arranged for Sam to source new dishwasher and to install the following Friday (1 week). No show, on Monday sent email & text msg. Sam replied that he was driving and would respond ASAP, nil communications received since. Nil response and consider service provided to be poorest I have ever experienced. Would not and could not recommend!!!
