I need our Centre dishwasher serviced and repaired as its leaking rinse aid.

This business came to my service and looked at my dishwasher, told me that the rinse aid pump needed replacing and that they would get some prices and get back to me. They asked me to pay at that point which is when I requested an invoice. Sam said that they don't do invoices, took my area manager number and email and then left. I have tried to call them several times to find out what was happening with the part but have had no answer, the last time I called he made out like he couldn't hear me once he knew who I was. I have since had another company come out and look at the dishwasher who said there was nothing wrong with the rinse pump and that there was a small split in the tubing which was then replaced. I have already left feed back and have heard nothing from service central or Melbourne domestic appliances. NOT IMPRESSED, WILL NOT USE EITHER SERVICE AGAIN
