Dexter industrial dryer and speed queen commerical washer need fix

I have coin laundry and have two dexter single stack dryer which is apporx 15 years old. The dryer does not heat at all i.e. when customer put their clothes in the dryer it does not dry their clothes at all.
Also, I have top loader washer which has just stopped working i.e. the motor of the washer try to spin but i suspect the belt may have come out . I can smell some burning/rubbery smell.
