We have a Panasonic TH-P54V20A 55" plasma TV. Something was thrown at the screen & now we have a small star shape and the TV wont turn on. We purchased the item in Feb 11 & have a 4 year warranty, however have been advised that this is not covered. Would like a quote on getting it fixed. If possible would be happy for crack to stay as long at TV is still useable.
