Chef Select Oven not working properly

Conventional setting not working at all. Fan forced setting not cooking properly. Tried cooking some biscuits which were meant to take 10 to 20 mins but instead it took 1.5hours. Light still goes on and fan sounds like it is working. When I started the oven one day it made a pffftt sound when I turned it on and the oven went really orange then the orange disappeared. Im just wanting to know if its worth getting fixed or if I should buy a new oven.
