Certain Oven settings do not work and rangehood and collapsed on one side

Dear Sir/Madam,
The "bake" and "fan forced" settings on my oven (Miele brand I think) does not work.
The "Grill" setting does work though.
Could you please provide a quote for repairs.
Further, the rangehood has collapsed on one side. It would also be appreciated if you could take a look at it and repair it.
I am located at 8 McCrae Street, Docklands.
