I have a Centrex washing machine which my tenant has issues with. Specifically, the wash cycle gets stuck between "wash" and "rinse" and will not drain. You can induce drain manually by placing the drain pipe lower than the water level using gravity. The problem is repeateable all the time...that is it get's stuck at the same point every time.
