when you press play the track doesn't play in its entire form, plays a couple of seconds flicks forwards or backwards on either brand new cds or older ones. i understand it may be the eye but how do i get to it to clean it? i'm frustrated as my music is my only escape as i have a terminal illness and have no idea what to do. any helpful suggestions would be great full accepted!
