Thanks for setting up the service. I am happy with the service provided by Service Central (i.e getting me in touch with a repair man) however extremely unhappy with the repair. It was a dishwasher issue. The repair man came over, had the dishwasher running (seemed ok) then proceeded to \"investigate\" a noise, stripping the dishwasher down, telling me I needed several new parts and when the dishwasher was re-assembled it no longer worked at all. I was charged $165 for my dishwasher to be broken and told I would probably need a new one.\n \nA day later i went to wash my dishes, filled the sink and when I released the plug water came rushing out the cupboard underneath the sink - the hose had not been reattached properly when the dishwasher was re-assembled and put back.
