LCD TV stopped working while we are were watching it. It still turns on and off and a light appears on the screen, but no sound, no picture. Also, the channel, vol and all other on screen displays are not appearing.

Fast response. Charges $85 just to pick TV up from city and additional $40 if you want them to have a look at it at your home (in my case they couldn't fix it so $125 was a waste). I suggest that you drop it off to their shop and they will give you a free quote, otherwise it is not worth it.
