2.5yo 50" Samsung Plasma shows no picture; just black screen with sound but no picture. Have checked the obvious things like cords plugged in etc. but dont know whats wrong. Looking for someone to fix ASAP (preferably onsite as there are stairs to remove tv from house), and would like to know callout fee and indicative cost upfront. Tx
