TV plug in Rumpus Room is dodgy- no tv reception and LAN cable needed

Hi we have a antenna plug in the Rumpus room (RF)that is dodgy and not receiving tv signal. Not sure if it is the plug as it is a bit loose or the connection to the antenna on the roof.Also we need a network cable (blue LAN) run through the roof from the master front room to the rear rumpus room. This is for the home network and internet.This would be easy to do but I am worried about falling through the ceiling and am not good at putting plugs in the wall cavity.If the quote is reasonable there will be more work to be done in linking other rooms.Thanks!
