Our TV antenna has fallen over on roof of our 2 storey townhouse. It appears to be still attached to the bracket/mounting, so just need someone to re-bolt it. Access to the tiled roof via manhole... I've moved into a property with an existing dish. I am able to get some reception but it's intermittent and often fails to lock to a signal. I belive it needs adjustment. Even though the signal strength is 90% and the quality is 19%,my TV screen become pixelated very often and audio will be lost frequently.It appears there is some kind of (noise??)interference with...
