Due to intermittent signal fluctuations with our current cabled FOXTEL service which are making it unwatchable from time to time, we require a satellite dish installed and pointed at C1/D3 and wired into two service points in our apartment (but would like to know the price for a signal service point vs. the cost of an install with a second service point). The setup would need to be FOXTEL iQ2 compatible. A 10700 LNB would be needed to pick up Al Jazeera English. Whilst we're having trouble with our signal, the rest of the complex doesn't seem to be impacted by the problem, so the install would be only for my unit.
I have spoken to the majority owner of the apartment complex (we own our unit) and he has said he has no problem with a dish going on the roof, so long as it's visibility from the ground level is minimal and the wiring is contained within the inside of the building walls.
We would also like our connection to the antenna system in the building to be investigated. At this stage we get very poor reception on digital and if theres any way that this could be rectified without hindering or harming anyone else's TV reception in the building, that would be very helpful. Also, if we could get a second service point from the roof antenna put into the bedroom, that would be most helpful too.
