I am a member of a body corporate and my assigned role to get Foxtel installation in our complex of 77 units situated in 3 blocks. We need to get a quote before the issue is voted on by owners.
The process is quite urgent because AGM is in ten weeks so the work will be given to the winning tender quite soon. We need a quote ASAP.
We think a separate receiver plus the required cabling to link up each unit will be required for each block, but obviously the best efficiency to cost ration is what we need to be advised of.
The apartment block is situated in inner Sydney five minutes from Central station.
