Fix Second TV's Reception

We hae a new aerial that is connected via a splitter in the loft to two Televisions. One TV works perfectly, but the other does not have any reception. We need someone to come in and test along the wire and to see where the problem is. We have had a sparky that has replaced the junction box and the cabling, but to no avail.
We need someone to come either first thing in the morning, after 5:30pm or at the weekend to take a look. We'd also like a quote to see if it is feasable to hide the TV wires behind the wall.
