TV reception only works on certain channels and for those channels is prone to pixilating or dropping out. Weather affects reception (as does walking in or out of the room!).
House has two AV points; same symptoms when connected via both points.
I have tested with a new quad core shielded co-ax cable, multiple TV retunes and testing with two different TVs.
Recently moved into the house and it previously had foxtel; it's possible it hasn't been working for some time.
Single level house with externally mounted antenna. Antenna has line of sight vision of Mt Dandenong (as checked via MySwitch).
