Check/repair antenna & cable reception on some hd channels seems poor

Reception on channel 9 digital channels seems to be poor and dvb-t tuner on pc is unable to pick up channel 9 and some hd channels reliably.
pctv tuner diagnostic shows channel 9 signal strength as 100% but signal quality varies between 50% and 100%. other channels seem to show 100%/90% signal consistently.
note that tv itself seems to have not problem with picking up the signal perfectly.
request that someone check the antennae and cabling and make recommendation for improving signal quality if this is required.
