John requested 2 quotes from Antenna Technicians in Blackburn South
Current antenna is installed within the roof and supplies 1 room. Reception okay on Ch 7,9,10 and poor on ABC, SBS. Would like to upgrade to new antenna, preferably installed in the same position within the roof, and have antenna cables run to 5 locations throughout the house. Electrical power points will also be required at some locations.

Peter wouldn't come out to view the job. Considering I was asking for 5 cable runs plus new antenna, not exactly a small job and the possibility of encountering a problem certainly existed. Probably why his quoted was high enough to cover "incidentals". Priced himself out of the running, though.

Kelvin was the only provider who bothered to come and visit me before firming up the quote, which stayed the same before and after. Very professional, courteous, efficient and timely service. Came back in a couple of days after installation at my request, to tweak the antenna, at no additional cost. Will definitely consider him for any other cabling jobs and will be recommending him to friends/family for future work.
