Antenna tuning - lost channels recently

All channel 7 and sub-channels have lost signals. Set-top box scan cannot see any channel 7 signals at all, normal non-digital reception is very poor, not much of a picture. Antenna was tuned about 4 years ago. Trying to watch tennis.
